Hello World

Hello and welcome.  This is the first post on the Northwest Music website and I should kick it off by introducing me, the company, and what’s coming up. I’m Jason and I launched Northwest Music in November 2024.  I've been a guitar tech for over 25 years, with much of that time spent supporting the musicians and music scene of Southern California.  I've been an independent guitar tech in Washington since 2019.

Northwest Music brings together my skills and passion for guitars, providing repair and maintenance services for the local community and an online store for guitars, parts, and accessories for customers across the world.  Coming in 2025, Northwest Music will also partner with manufacturers, distributors, and non-profit organizations to help build and support music programs throughout the Northwest US.  I'll share more on this topic in a future blog post.

I plan to use the blog for posting tech articles and sharing my ideas and opinions on products and gear in the industry.  I'll try to post often and keep the blog synced with the various social media platforms.
