Fender Player Plus Meteora HH Cosmic Jade

2022 Fender Player Plus Meteora in Cosmic Jade.  Specs:

- Alder body
- Maple neck, Pau Ferro fingerboard

- Fender Fireball humbucker pickups, S-1 switch for coil splitting

This is a very cool retro-inspired offset guitar with many modern features.  The humbuckers have a fairly high output and the S1 switching options give you very nice split coil tones.  The Fender locking tuners is a nice bonus on a guitar in this price range.

For this particular guitar, we lightly filed all the fret ends to smooth out any sharp bits and we leveled any high frets.  Then we polished the frets, lightly oiled the fingerboard, and performed a basic setup with a new set of D'Addario strings.  The guitar plays really well now.

This guitar is stamped "used" from the factory.  This can happen for various reasons - it may be a customer return, it may have been a demo model, or it may have minor imperfections from the manufacturing process.  We don't often know the history of these guitars, but they are fully inspected by our partner MIRC and, because they can no longer be sold as new, they are assigned a new serial number.  When we get them, we fully inspect them a second time prior to listing and we document any imperfections that we find.  In the case of this Meteora, we found a small ding on the lower side/edge of the body, a very small hairline crack in the finish on the neck pocket, and a light indentation/mark on the end of the headstock (all pictured).  Otherwise, this guitar is in new condition and still has the plastic on the pickguard and pickups.
