Mojotone Treble Bleed Mod

The purpose of a treble bleed mod is to help retain the high-end frequencies as you reduce (turn down) the volume pot on your guitar.  Typically, without this mod, the tone gets darker as you turn down the volume pot.  For those players that run their volume controls between 4 and 7, you can dial in a great tone for that setting, but once you turn the volume control to 10, the highs can go through the roof - especially with single coil pickups.  The solution is a treble bleed mod.  We prefer the Mojotone mod as it pairs a 471 pF capacitor and a 220 kΩ resistor in parallel to provide a more consistent high-end response from 10 down to about 2.
